3. If the property is vacant land, If the property is situated at non-metro areas get the Patta and if the propertyis situated at the Metro areas get Extract from the Town Survey Land Register or Extract from the Permanent Land Register.
4. Get the Approved Layout Copy which helps to construct the building without any hurdle.
5. Compare the Building Plan Sketch along with the Covering Letter and compare the with your building. To Identify the violation you may calculate the Kitchen in the Sketch with physical verification as also applicable for the Floor counting.
6. If the property comes or nearer to Coastal Zone must get the certificate from the Tahsildar or CMDA whoever is the competent authority stating that there are no restriction to buy the property and there are no any proposal to acquire the property.
